Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi cenderung membuat kegiatan menjadi serba digital. Sektor industri media dan komunikasi merupakan bisnis yang memanfaatkan media sosial. Salah satu platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan para pelaku bisnis untuk memasarkan merek/produk nya adalah Instagram. RCTI+ melakukan kegiatan digital marketing pada sosial media sehingga dapat menjangkau target audiens yang lebih luas dan juga tepat sasaran. RCTI+ adalah sebuah anak perusahaan dari perusahaan Media Nusantara Citra yang dikembangkan oleh PT MNC Digital Indonesia dan bergerak pada bidang media. Tujuan dari magang adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas divisi Marketing and Promotions di RCTI+ pada setiap program yang dipromosikan melalui media sosial serta ingin mempelajari dan mempraktikkan kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan oleh tim Social Media Officer dan KOL Officer di RCTI+. Pemagang bekerja pada divisi Marketing and Promotions. Ilmu yang diperoleh oleh pemagang mengenai konsep ilmu komunikasi telah dipraktekkan secara langsung saat menjalani kegiatan digital marketing di RCTI+. RCTI+ melakukan kegiatan digital marketing pada sosial media sehingga dapat menjangkau target audiens yang lebih luas dan juga tepat sasaran. / Technological developments tend to make activities all digital. The media and communication industry sector is a business that utilizes social media. One of the social media platforms that are widely used by business people to market their brands/products is Instagram. RCTI+ is a subsidiary of the Media Nusantara Citra company which was developed by PT MNC Digital Indonesia in the media sector. The purpose of the internship is to find out the activities of the Marketing and Promotions division at RCTI+ on every program promoted through social media and to learn about and practice the promotional activities carried out by the Social Media Officer and KOL Officer teams at RCTI+. The intern works in the Marketing and Promotions division. The knowledge gained by the intern regarding the concept of communication science has been practiced directly when undergoing digital marketing activities at RCTI+. RCTI+ conducts digital marketing activities on social media so that it can reach a wider target audience and also right on target.
