Abstract

Kepemimpinan di dalam sebuah organisasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan organisasi tersebut. Akan tetapi, tidak semua pemimpin menyadari hal tersebut malah tidak jarang dibutakan oleh ambisi pribadi dan kepentingan – kepentingan yang dapat merugikan karyawan. Hal tersebut membuat banyak karyawan kecewa dan tidak betah untuk bekerja di dalam organisasi tersebut. Gaya kepemimpinan melayani adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada pertumbuhan setiap anggota dan beberapa teori mengatakan dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, loyalitas dan lingkungan kerja (komunitas) di dalam sebuah organisasi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani di Sekolah XYZ Tangerang terhadap kinerja, loyalitas guru/staf serta terciptanya komunitas shalom di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan perangkat lunak Smart-pls. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah (1) kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru/staf, (2) kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas guru/staf, (3) kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap terciptanya komunitas shalom./Leadership in an organization is one of the factors that determine the success of the organization. However, not all leaders are aware of this and are often blinded by personal ambitions and interests that can harm employees. This makes many employees disappointed and uncomfortable to work in the organization. Servant leadership is leadership that focuses on the growth of each member and some theories say it can have a positive influence on performance, loyalty and the work environment (community) in an organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service leadership at XYZ Tangerang School on performance, teacher/staff loyalty and the creation of a shalom community in it. This study uses a quantitative approach with 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet. Data processing using path analysis with Smart-pls software. The conclusions of the research are (1) servant leadership has a positive effect on teacher/staff performance, (2) servant leadership has a positive effect on teacher/staff loyalty, (3) servant leadership has a positive effect on the creation of a shalom community.
