Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture, organizational support and internal motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of health workers at Tk.II Marthen Indey Hospital. The population in this study were all health research use a quesioner with likert scale 1-5. The respondents in first research were 30, then in actual research were 160 respondents. The sampling technique was determined by using the purposive sampling method based on criteria including selecting respondents based on the most easily found or obtained. This study uses PLS-SEM data analysis techniques using SmartPLS version 3.0 software analysis which is used workers who worked for at least one year at Tk.II Marthen Indey Hospital. The data of this to analyze the factors that contribute to an event. The results of this study indicate that H1 with leadership statements is not proven to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. H2 with the statement of organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. H3 with the statement of organizational support is not proven significantly on job satisfaction has a positive effect on work. H4 with the statement of internal motivation is not proven significantly on job satisfaction has a positive effect on work. And H5 with the statement of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. H6 with the statement of leadership is not proven to have a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction. H7 with the statement of organizational culture is proven to have a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction. H8 with the statement of organizational support is not proven to have a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction. H9 with the statement of internal motivation is not proven to have a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan motivasi internal terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tk.II Marthen Indey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja minimal satu tahun di Rumah Sakit Tk.II Marthen Indey. Pengumpulan data dengan alat ukur kuesioner menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Responden pada studi pendahuluan berjumlah 30 orang, kemudian pada penelitian aktual berjumlah 160 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik analisis data PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan analisa software SmartPLS version 3.0 yang digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap suatu kejadian. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa H1 dengan pernyataan kepemimpinan tidak terbukti mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. H2 dengan pernyataan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. H3 dengan pernyataan dukungan organisasi tidak terbukti secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif kerja. H4 dengan pernyataan motivasi internal tidak terbukti secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif kerja. Dan H5 dengan pernyataan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. H6 dengan pernyataan kepemimpinan tidak terbukti secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. H7 dengan pernyataan budaya organisasi terbukti secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. H8 dengan pernyataan dukungan organisasi tidak terbukti secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. H9 dengan pernyataan motivasi internal tidak terbukti secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja.
