Abstract

Laporan radiologi atau yang dikenal dengan ekspertise radiologi adalah dokumen medikolegal yang merupakan komunikasi formal antara dokter spesialis radiologi (ahli radiologi) dengan dokter perujuk/dokter klinisi dari apa yang menjadi temuan pada pemeriksaan radiologi. Komunikasi yang efektif antara ahli radiologi dengan dokter perujuk melalui laporan radiologi adalah salah satu cara utama seorang ahli radiologi dapat berkontribusi di dalam manajemen pasien. Kegagalan ahli radiologi untuk mengkomunikasikan laporan radiologi yang berkualitas dan keterlambatan pelaporan seringkali menyebabkan penundaan manajemen pasien yang merugikan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh laporan radiologi terhadap kepuasan dokter perujuk di Propinsi Papua dan Papua Barat. Dua ratus tiga puluh enam responden yang terdiri dari 165 dokter umum dan 71 dokter spesialis menjawab kuesioner yang disebarkan secara acak dan daring yang berisi 39 indikator yang menilai pengaruh aksesibilitas laporan radiologi, pentingnya laporan radiologi, informasi klinis yang disertakan, serta struktur dan konten laporan radiologi terhadap kepuasan dokter perujuk. Penelitian diuji dengan metode analisis Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) pada aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya laporan radiologi, informasi klinis yang disertakan, kepuasaan klinisi, struktur, dan konten laporan radiologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dokter perujuk. Sementara aksesibilitas terhadap laporan radiologi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dokter perujuk namun tidak signifikan. Dokter perujuk melihat laporan radiologi sebagai dokumen medis yang memiliki pengaruh penting terhadap manajemen pasien. Saran berikutnya adalah menganalisis dan mengembangkan faktor-faktor laporan radiologi yang paling berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dokter perujuk./ A radiology report, also known as a radiology expertise is a medicolegal document which is a formal communication between a radiologist and a referring clinician from what are the findings on radiology examinations. Effective communication between radiologists and referring physicians through radiology reports is one of the main ways a radiologist can contribute to patient management. The failure of radiologists to communicate a high quality report and delays in reporting result in adverse patient management delays. This study aims to determine the impact of radiology report on clinician satisfaction in Papua and West Papua. Two hundred and thirty-six respondents (165 general practitioners and 71 specialists) answered online questionnaire consits of 39 indicators that assessed the impact of the accessibility and importance of radiology reports, , as well as the structure and content of radiology reports on clinician satisfaction. This study using the Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method on the SmartPLS application. The results show the importance of radiology reports, clinician satisfaction, also the structure and content of radiology reports have a positive and significant impact on clinicians satisfaction. While accessibility to radiology reports has a positive impact but non-significant. Referring physicians agreed that radiology report has an important influence on patient management. Further recommendation is to analyze and develop the radiology reporting factors that most contribute to clinicians satisfaction.
