Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui dan menguji atas dasar bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Likuiditas dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai moderasi terhadap Kinerja. Kinerjadiukur dengan menggunakan Return on Asset. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari database S&P Capital IQ. Dengan menggunakan Purposive sampling, observasi yang dilakukan sebanyak Empat ratus sembilan puluh lima observasi dari perusahaan kesehatan untuk Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand, filipina, dan Vietnam dalam periode 2010 – 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderator memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap kinerja. Namun, Dengan memasukan variabel moderasi, dibuktikan dapat mempengaruhi hubungan antara likuiditas bersih dan kinerja./The aim of this research is to find out and test based on empirical evidence regarding the effect of Capital Structure, Sales Growth and Liquidity with firm size as a moderator on performance. Performance is measured by using Return on Assets. The data used is a secondary type of data sourced from the S&P Capital IQ database. By using purposive sampling, four hundred and ninety-five observations were made from health companies for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam in the period 2010 – 2020. The research method used was multiple linear regression model. The results showed that the Capital Structure and Sales Growth had an effect on performance. This study also shows that firm size as a moderating variable has an insignificant effect on capital structure and sales growth on performance. However, by including a moderating variable, it is proven that it can affect the relationship between net liquidity and performance.
