Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor makroekonomi, profitabilitas, dan pengungkapan CSR berbasis GRI terhadap harga saham perusahaan tambang batubara di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2020. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan sampel seluruh perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2020. Adapun metode pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor makroekonomi yang di proksikan dengan harga komoditas dan profitabilitas yang di proksikan dengan Return on Assets berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Makroekonomi yang diproksikan dengan nilai tukar dan pengungkapan CSR berbasis GRI tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham perusahaan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2015-2020./This research aims to analyze the influence factor of macroeconomics, profitability, and disclosure of CSR based on GRI to stoce price of coal mining company in Indonesian Stock Exchange as of 2015-2020. Sample in this reseach is using all the coal mining companies that listed since 2015-2020. This reseach using multiple linear regression method. Result of this research find that macroeconomis variable that proxied by commodity prices and profitability that proxied by return on asset had a positive impact on the stock price of coal company. Macroeconomic that proxied by exchange rate and disclosure of CSR based on GRI doesn’t have any positive impact to the stock price of coal mining company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2015-2020.
