Abstract

PT Suyanto Prestasi Mobilindo is a company engaged in the transportation of palm oil cars. The purpose of this study is to see the problems experienced by training and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Employee performance has decreased among employees who are not disciplined in attending work. The training carried out by the company is currently less effective and only carries out training for new employees and manager level. Meanwhile, employee job satisfaction has not been achieved because they are not comfortable carrying out their wor,k and make employees resign from the company. Quantitative research with descriptive and causal studies was used to analyze a sample of 132 employees. The respondents were employees of PT Suyanto Prestasi Mobilindo which were taken using simple random sampling with probability sampling. The distribution of the questionnaires has passed the validity and reliability tests. The tested data also passed the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression test. From the hypothesis test with the results of the F test (68.476 > 3.09) that training and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT Suyanto Prestasi Mobilindo. The research result showed that training and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Suyanto Prestasi Mobilindo. It can be recommended to the company, to adapt to work practices and problems in the work faced by employees such as more tiered computer training and direct training in the field. In addition, the company can adjust the salaries given to employees by measuring employee performance at work./ PT Suyanto Prestasi Mobilindo adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengangkutan mobil kelapa sawit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat permasalahan yang dialami pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kinerja pegawai yang mengalami penurunan dari pegawai yang tidak disiplin dalam menghadiri pekerjaan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan saat ini kurang efektif dan hanya melaksanakan pelatihan bagi karyawan baru dan manajer tingkat. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja dapat dicapai karena tidak nyaman dalam menjalankan pekerjaan dan membuat karyawan menilai diri sendiri dari perusahaan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel sebanyak 132 karyawan. Respondennya adalah karyawan PT Suyanto Prestasi Mobilindo yang diambil dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan probability sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga lolos uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Dari uji hipotesis dengan hasil uji F (68.476 > 3.09) bahwa pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Suyanto Prestasi Mobilindo. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Suyanto Prestasi Mobilindo. Dapat diberikan saran kepada perusahaan, untuk menyesuaikan pelatihan dengan praktik kerja dan permasalahan dalam pekerjaan yang dihadapi karyawan seperti komputer yang lebih berjenjang dan langsung ke lapangan. Selain itu perusahaan dapat menyesuaikan gaji yang diberikan kepada karyawan dengan mengukur kinerja karyawan dalam bekerja.
