Abstract

Professional Learning Community (PLC) is common program that apply in many schools. It has been done because it can increase teacher collaboration and professionalism. Not only that PLC helps teacher to adapt with adaptive changes. Covid 19 is one of the examples. With consideration and careful thinking process, Sekolah Dian Harapan decides using PLC as program. After several years, it is needed to evaluate PLC program for Sekolah Dian Harapan Teachers comprehensively. Evaluation has been done using CIPP. The analysis of data will be done using coding for qualitative data and statistic descriptive for quantitative data. The focus of evaluation are context, input, process, and products of PLC itself. Based on results of evaluation, there are some good products and things need to be improved so that PLC can run effectively. Based on context evaluation, PLC has been thought carefully. However, it will give better result if foundation also considerate learning experience from students based on vision and mission of foundation. Based on evaluation result on input, there are some strategy improvements and some solution that can be done. Based on evaluation of process, there are some improvements in unity in bigger picture. Based on evaluation of products, there are some aspects that need to be improved and there are some aspects that need to be fixed as soon as possible. The conclusion of this research in PLC program has been done quite well enough with need of improvements in some aspects. Considering evaluation results using CIPP methods, PLC program can be continued with need of improvements in some aspects. Recommendations has been given based on founding in the field while doing research. The recommendations are starting point and focus of program need to be changed, composition of programs needs to be changed, explanation of PLC program, and adjustments so that teacher can develop better.
