Abstract

Project management is a project processing process that includes planning, organizing, and managing resource tasks to realize the objectives to be achieved, taking into account time and cost factors. One of the companies engaged in project work is CV. Dinamika Nusantara Kencana which includes AC and electricity contractor projects for malls, large buildings, and apartments. In practice, in the project management process the company still uses semi-computerized technology which is less effective and efficient, causing many problems for the company. In addition, in the communication process or project progress reporting, they only use the social media system so that misunderstandings and reporting errors often occur between the admin and coordinator. The main problem is related to the payment process where the administration is often wrong in making payments to the coordinator due to inaccurate project reporting information, resulting in company losses. From these problems, a research was conducted to find the right solution in providing efficiency and effectiveness for CV. Dinamika Nusantara Kencana by building a project progress management information system. The research results obtained are successfully developed a project progress management information system on CV. Dinamika Nusantara Kencana which can make it easier for companies to support their business processes, especially in reporting daily project progress and paying project work costs. /Manajemen proyek adalah suatu proses pengolahan proyek yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pengaturan tugas-tugas sumber daya untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor waktu dan biaya. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengerjaan proyek adalah CV. Dinamika Nusantara Kencana yang meliputi pengerjaan proyek kontraktor AC dan listrik untuk mall, gedung-gedung besar, dan apartemen. Pada praktiknya, dalam proses manajemen proyek perusahaan masih memanfaatkan teknologi semi komputerisasi yang kurang efektif dan efisien sehingga menimbulkan banyak permasalahan pada perusahaan. Selain itu, dalam proses komunikasi ataupun pelaporan progress proyek juga hanya memanfaatkan sistem sosial media sehingga seringkali terjadi kesalahpahaman dan kesalahan pelaporan antara pihak admin dan koordinator. Masalah utama yaitu terkait proses pembayaran dimana administrasi sering salah dalam melakukan pembayaran kepada koordinator dikarenakan informasi pelaporan proyek yang tidak tepat sehingga berujung pada kerugian perusahaan. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mencari solusi yang tepat dalam memberikan efisiensi dan efektifitas bagi CV. Dinamika Nusantara Kencana dengan membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen progress proyek. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu berhasil dikembangkan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen progress proyek pada CV. Dinamika Nusantara Kencana yang dapat memudahkan perusahaan dalam menunjang proses bisnis mereka khususnya dalam pelaporan progress proyek harian dan pembayaran biaya pengerjaan proyek.
