Abstract

Indonesia consists of thousands of islands, so it has a diverse society and culture. Data released by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2019 based on research from PISA shows the average reading literacy score in Indonesia is 371 out of 487, Mathematics reaches 379 out of 487, and Science is 389 out of 489. Kejarcita as a startup educational website in Indonesia, has not achieve the target number of users on learning media and assessment. This study aims to develop the kejarcita website focussed on free media and assessment of learning for elementary school students. This research is expected to increase the use of websites in learning for elementary school students through video media features and learning assessments in the form of question banks and quizzes. The development steps of Sugiyono (2016) are used in this study, which are adapted from Borg and Gall (1983) research model. The variables studied were the appearance, effectiveness, practicality, and satisfaction of using video features, question banks and quizzes on the kejarcita website. This research begins with a needs analysis, namely the non-achievement of the target website users, validation from experts, website revisions and field trials. Respondents in this study involved 349 students and 12 teachers of SD Mahabodhi Vidya and SD Muhammadiyah 6 in Jakarta. Surveys and interviews are processed and then analyzed qualitatively. The effectiveness of the learning assessment provided by Kejarcita on literacy and numeracy was measured quantitatively through a pre-test before the website was revised and post-test after the website is revised. It is conducted on 63 students. The result after the website was revised showed the effectiveness of the website: from the teacher's side is 82% while from the student side is 81%. In addition, the results of the practicality test of website are 77% from the student side and 79% from the teacher’s side. The satisfaction test is 79% from the teacher's side. The kejarcita website is considered effective, practical and provide user satisfaction. The results of the assessment effectiveness of literacy and numeracy from the pre-test and post-test provided by the kejarcita website are considered quite effective with a percentage of 60% on literacy assessments and 56% on numeracy assessments/Indonesia terdiri dari ribuan pulau sehingga memiliki masyarakat dan budaya yang beragam. Data yang dirilis Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan pada tahun 2019 berdasarkan penelitian dari PISA menunjukkan rata-rata skor literasi membaca di Indonesia adalah 371 dari 487, Matematika mencapai 379 dari 487, dan Sains 389 dari 489.. Ini adalah akibat dari pendidikan yang tidak merata di seluruh Indonesia. Kejarcita sebagai startup website pendidikan di Indonesia, belum mencapai target jumlah pengguna media pembelajaran dan asesmen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website kejarcita pada media dan asesmen belajar gratis untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemanfaatan website dalam pembelajaran bagi siswa sekolah dasar melalui fitur media berupa video dan asesmen berupa bank soal dan kuis. Langkah-langkah pengembangan Sugiyono (2016) digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang diadaptasi dari model penelitian Borg dan Gall (1983). Variabel yang diteliti adalah tampilan, efektivitas, kepraktisan, dan kepuasan penggunaan fitur video, bank soal dan kuis pada website kejarcita. Penelitian ini diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan yaitu tidak tercapainya target pengguna website, validasi ahli, revisi website dan uji coba lapangan. Responden dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 349 siswa dan 12 guru SD Mahabodhi Vidya dan SD Muhammadiyah 6 di Jakarta. Survei dan wawancara data yang diolah kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Keefektifan asesmen belajar yang disediakan website dalam literasi dsn numerasi, diukur secara kuantitatif melalui pre-test pra revisi dan post-test pasca revisi website terhadap 63 siswa. Hasil uji efektivitas website pasca revisi dari sisi guru sebesar 82% sedangkan dari sisi siswa sebesar 81%. Selain itu, hasil uji kepraktisan sebesar 77% dari sisi siswa dan 79% dari sisi guru. Hasil uji kepuasan sebesar 79% dari sisi guru. Website kejarcita dinilai efektif, praktis dan memberikan kepuasan pada pengguna. Hasil efektivitas pada pre-test dan post-test asesmen literasi dan numerasi yang disediakan website dinilai cukup efektif dengan persentase sebesar 60% pada asesmen literasi dan 56% pada asesmen numerasi.
