Abstract

Customer Buying Decision is the phases of decision-making that a consumer goes through before, during, and after purchasing a product or service. The data acquired from ZAP Clinic Sun Plaza Medan demonstrates that it is so many people that need a treatment for their skin, especially women. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of marketing mix with the variable product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence partial and simultaneous to the decision of purchasing products/services at ZAP Clinic Sun Plaza Medan. The population in this research is the consumer who bought the product/services at ZAP Clinic Sun Plaza Medan which is not known for sure. Number of samples taken 145 respondents using questionnaires. This research used casual research and quantitative research, by processing data with SPSS 25.0 The result of the research for ZAP Clinic Sun Plaza Medan state that Product, Price, and Process have a significant influence toward Customer Buying Decision. Place, Promotion, People, and Physical Evidence have no significant influence toward Customer Buying Decision. / Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan adalah fase pengambilan keputusan yang dilalui konsumen sebelum, selama, dan setelah membeli produk atau layanan. Data yang diperoleh dari ZAP Clinic Sun Plaza Medan menunjukkan bahwa sangat banyak orang yang membutuhkan perawatan untuk kulitnya, terutama wanita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran dengan variabel produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk/jasa di ZAP Clinic Sun Plaza Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk/jasa di ZAP Clinic Sun Plaza Medan yang belum diketahui secara pasti. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 145 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kasual dan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan mengolah data dengan SPSS 25.0 Hasil penelitian untuk ZAP Clinic Sun Plaza Medan menyatakan bahwa Produk, Harga, dan Proses berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan. Tempat, Promosi, Orang, dan Bukti Fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan.
