Abstract

CV Sinar Indah is facing problem from employee performance which is mostly influenced by motivation and work environment. The aim of the research is to understand the important role of Motivation and Work Environment influence the Employee Performance at CV Sinar Indah. Employee performance is described as quality and quantity of work completed in accomplishing the task for which they are accountable. Motivation is described as an effort that can persuade someone to do the desired action. Work Environment is describe as inextricably linked to the nature and location of the employees' activities and jobs. This research is using quantitative and descriptive and causal approaches to analyze a sample of 32 employees. Using IBM SPSS 25 application where the population size is 32 by using total population sampling which will uses all the population as the sample. The data analysis method of the research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the final research paper from F-test finds out that Motivation and Work Environment have influence toward Employee Performance (0.000<0.05). Partial t-test result shows that Motivation has significant influence toward Employee Performance (0.000<0.025). As well as Work Environment has significant influence toward Employee Performance (0.000<0.05). However, Work environment shows stronger influence on Employee Performance compared to Motivation. The recommendation for the company is: provide some bonus for employees’ achievement so that they feel appreciated and motivated in doing their job, make some new rules to discipline the employees and provide clear information to prevent any mislead information. / CV. Sinar Indah menghadapi beberapa permasalahan dari kinerja karyawan yang sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran penting Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV Sinar Indah. Kinerja karyawan digambarkan sebagai kualitas dan kuantitas pekerjaan yang diselesaikan oleh karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya. Motivasi digambarkan sebagai usaha yang dapat membujuk seseorang untuk melakukan tindakan yang diinginkan. Lingkungan Kerja digambarkan sebagai terkait erat dengan sifat dan lokasi aktivitas dan pekerjaan sehari-hari karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif dan kausal dengan menganalisis sampel sebanyak 32 karyawan. Menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 25 dimana ukuran populasinya adalah 32 dengan menggunakan total population sampling yang akan menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel dimana sampelnya adalah 32 karyawan. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian tugas akhir dari uji-F diketahui bahwa Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (0,000<0,05). Hasil uji t parsial menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (0,000<0,025). Serta Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (0,000<0,05). Namun lingkungan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dibandingkan dengan Motivasi. Rekomendasi bagi perusahaan adalah memberikan bonus atas prestasi karyawan sehingga mereka merasa dihargai dan termotivasi dalam melakukan pekerjaan, membuat beberapa aturan baru untuk mendisiplinkan karyawan dan memberikan informasi yang jelas untuk mencegah informasi yang menyesatkan.
