Abstract

Customer interest is an important element in winning the competition in the banking industry. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire, it shows that customers feel that the ease of use, benefit, and security features offered by the Jenius application are still not optimal. So, the writer aims to examine the greatest impact among others ease of use, benefits and security on customer interest in using the Jenius application in Medan and its significance. The method used in this study is a quantitative research design using SPSS app 25.0. The writer uses descriptive and causal approach. The research was conducted for 4 month with the number of sample of 100 people by using snowball sampling. The research passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test, and the equation is Y= 0.214 PEOU + 0.385 POB + 0.356 POS. Based on Hypothesis testing results, perceived ease of use, benefit, and security influence customer interest in using Jenius application in Medan either partially or simultaneously. Additionally, perceived ease of use, benefit, and security have an influence on 78.1% of customer interest in using Jenius application in Medan. The writer recommends the Jenius company to periodically updating Jenius's software, implement a live chat function, collaborate with all communication parties in order to tackle connection issues, collaborate with small merchants to large retailers, provide special discounts on particular days, provide loan feature, Enabling pop-up notifications anytime there is action on a bank account, and referral programs./ Minat pelanggan merupakan elemen yang penting dalam memenangkan persaingan dalam industri perbankan. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari kuesioner menunjukan bahwa customer merasa fitur kemudahan, kemanfaatan, dan keamanan yang ditawarkan oleh aplikasi Jenius masih belum begitu maksimal. Sehingga penulis bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak yang paling besar antara lain kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat dan keamanan terhadap minat pelanggan menggunakan aplikasi Jenius di Medan dan signifikansinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Penelitian dilakukan selama 4 bulan dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Penelitian ini lulus uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji regresi linier berganda, dan persamaannya adalah Y= 0,214 PEOU + 0,385 POB + 0,356 POS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Hipotesis, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat, dan keamanan mempengaruhi minat pelanggan untuk menggunakan aplikasi Jenius di Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Selain itu, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat, dan keamanan berpengaruh terhadap 78,1% minat pelanggan menggunakan aplikasi Jenius di Medan. Penulis merekomendasikan kepada perusahaan Jenius untuk mengupdate software Jenius secara berkala, menerapkan fungsi live chat, berkolaborasi dengan semua pihak komunikasi untuk mengatasi masalah koneksi, berkolaborasi dengan merchant kecil hingga retailer besar, memberikan diskon khusus pada hari-hari tertentu, menyediakan fitur pinjaman, Mengaktifkan pemberitahuan pop-up kapan saja ada tindakan pada rekening bank, dan program rujukan.
