Abstract

The writer conducted research for 5 months. A quantitative descriptive approach is used in this study, where the Theme Park and Resort Pantai Cermin is the unit of analysis, and the customer is the unit of observation. Hair theory, et.al was used to determine the number of samples used in this study, which amounted to 62 respondents. The approach of collecting data through questionnaire findings which was carried out systematically based on the research objectives was used as a research method. Descriptive analysis and regression are analytical methods used to solve problems and verify hypotheses. The findings of this study show a positive influence using Multiple Linear Regression analysis, customer satisfaction = -17.771 + 0.484 Atmosphere + 0.649 Food quality + e resulted from this analysis. the t-test shows that the atmosphere and food quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Theme Park, where tcount 7,030 atmosphere > ttable 2,0003 and tcount food quality 7,164 > ttable 2,003, the dependent variable shows that the atmosphere and food quality variables have no effect. to customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction). The coefficient of determination test (R2) shows that environmental variables and food quality affect 66.6 percent of customer satisfaction variables, while the remaining 33.4 percent is explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the study. By giving satisfaction to customers, theme parks and resorts must pay moreattention to the level of freshness and maturity of food as well as room cleanliness and room layout that makes customers feel comfortable.
