Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of facilities and service quality on purchasing decisions at Konnichiwa Coffee Jalan Sumatra Medan. The facilities provided along with good service will provide an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Descriptive and causal studies were used to analyze a sample of 30 consumers. Respondents are consumers of Konnichiwa Coffee taken using non- probability sampling criteria using snowball sampling. The location of the research object is Konnichiwa Coffee which is located at Jalan Aipda KS Tubun (Sumatra) No. 1C. The research period is predicted starts from April 2022 to May 2022. The distribution of the questionnaires has passed the validity and reliability tests. The tested data also passed the normality test. Facility variable has a value of tcount (3.476) which is greater than ttable (2.051) with a significance value of 0.002 which is less than 0.05, Service quality variable has a value of tcount (2.196) which is greater than ttable (2.870) with a significance value of 0.037 which is less than 0.05, Facility and service quality variable has a value of Fcount (10.451) which is greater than Ftable (3.35) with a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. The value of R Square (R2) or the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.395, meaning that the purchase decision variable can be explained by the facility and service quality variable by 39,5% while the remaining 60,5% is influenced by other variables. It can be suggested that Konnichiwa Coffee can improve their purchasing decisions by providing adequate facilities for consumers accompanied by good and reliable service so that consumers will feel satisfied./ Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Konnichiwa Coffee jalan Sumatra Medan. Fasilitas yang disediakan disertai dengan pelayanan yang baik akan memberikan peningkatan pada keputusan pembelian konsumen. Studi deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel dari 30 konsumen. Responden adalah konsumen Kopi Konnichiwa yang diambil dengan kriteria non-probability sampling menggunakan snowball sampling. Lokasi objek penelitian adalah Konnichiwa Coffee yang beralamat di Jalan Aipda KS Tubun (Sumatera) No. 1C. Periode penelitian diperkirakan mulai April 2022 hingga Mei 2022. Penyebaran kuesioner telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga lolos uji normalitas. Variabel fasilitas memiliki nilai thitung (3,476) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,051) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, variabel Kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai thitung (2,196) yang lebih besar dari ttabel (2,870) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,037 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, variabel Fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai Fhitung (10,451) lebih besar dari Ftabel (3,35) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai R Square (R2) atau koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,395 artinya variabel keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 39,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dapat disarankan agar Konnichiwa Coffee dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembeliannya dengan menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai untuk para konsumen disertai dengan pelayanan yang baik dan dapat diandalkan sehingga dengan demikian konsumen akan merasa puas.
