Abstract

In the background phenomenon of the problem, in terms of employee performance owned by PT Murni Buana Artha has not fully performed well. The problem is that employees who are still often not on time during attendance hours to work at PT Murni Buana Artha. The competencies that exist at PT Murni Buana Artha are currently not in accordance with the work of existing employees. The competence of the current employee is not in accordance with the position held both in terms of education and work experience that currently exists. In terms of competence, errors in work indicate that employees do not have the competence and training that supportsthem in carrying out the work expected by the company. Quantitative research with descriptive and causal studies was used to analyze a sample of 76 employees. The respondents were PT Murni Buana Artha customers who were taken using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling. The distribution of the questionnaires has passed the validity and reliability tests. The tested data also passed the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, linearity test and multiple linear regression test. From the hypothesis test with the results of the F test (41.135 > 2.73) that training and competence simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT Murni Buana Artha. It can be suggested that the company needs to make changes to the training materials. The training that can be done is through job rotation, then conducting apprenticeship development which is taught directly by the practitioner. Companies need to review the number of jobs assigned to employees to match the current number of jobs./ Pada fenomena latar belakang masalah, dari sisi kinerja pegawai yang dimiliki oleh PT Murni Buana Artha belum sepenuhnya berkinerja baik. Hal yang menjadi permasalahan yaitu karyawan yang masih sering tidak tepat waktu dalam jam kehadiran untuk bekerja di PT Murni Buana Artha. Pada kompetensi yang ada di PT Murni Buana Artha saat ini belum sesuai dengan pekerjaan karyawan yang ada. Kompetensi pegawai saat ini belum sesuai dengan jabatan yang dimiliki baik dari segi pendidikan maupun pengalamankerja yang ada saat ini. Pada permasalahan kompetensi, kesalahan dalam bekerja menunjukkan bahwa pegawai tidak memiliki kompetensi dan pelatihan yang mendukung dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel sebanyak 76 karyawan. Respondennya adalah pelanggan PT Murni Buana Artha yang diambil dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga lolos uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji linearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Dari uji hipotesis dengan hasil uji F (41.135 > 2.73) bahwa pelatihan dan kompetensi secarasimultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Murni Buana Artha. Dapat disarankan kepada perusahaan perlu melakukan perubahan terhadap materi pelatihan. Pelatihan yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui rotasi kerja, kemudian melakukan pembinaan pemagangan yang diajarkan langsung oleh praktikan. Perusahaan perlu mengkaji ulang jumlah pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan untuk menyesuaikan dengan jumlah pekerjaan yang ada saat ini.
