Abstract

Nowadays, most of the company were unable to achieve a high level of employees loyalty whereas it is widely known that employees loyalty is one of the essential keys for organizational performance to be improved. Many factors affect employees loyalty, including job satisfaction and organizational culture. This research was conducted to know whether job satisfaction and organizational culture has an effect towards employees loyalty at PT Nusantara Door Industry, Medan. This study uses quantitative research and descriptive method where the data is collected by distributing questionnaires and used purposive sampling technique to 34 employees. The data analysis method that is used in this study is multiple linear regression by utilizing SPSS v.26. The result of coefficient of determination (R2 ) is 0.812, which means that 81.2% employees loyalty is influenced by job satisfaction and organizational culture, and the remaining 18.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research. The result of the final research paper from F-test is 0.000<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have influence toward employees loyalty at PT Nusantara Door Industry, Medan. Partial t-test result is 0.016<0.05 shows that job satisfaction has significant influence toward employees loyalty. As well as 0.000<0.05 shows that organizational culture has significant influence toward employees loyalty. However, organizational culture shows stronger influence to employees loyalty compared to job satisfaction./ Di era ini, sebagian besar perusahaan tidah dapat mencapai tingkat loyalitas yang tinggi, padahal umum diketahui bahwa loyalitas kerja merupakan salah satu kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan, diantaranya kepuasaan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasaan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Nusantara Door Industry, Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menyebarkan kuesioner dan metode pengambilan sampel secara tidak acak kepada 34 karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan memanfaatkan program SPSS v.26. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0.812 artinya 81.2% loyalitas karyawan dipengaruhi kepuasaan kerja dan budaya organisasi dan sisanya 18.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian tugas akhir dari uji statistik F sebesar 0,000<0,05 menunjukkan bahwa kepuasaan kerja dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Nusantara Door Industry, Medan. Hasil uji t parsial sebesar 0,016<0,05 menunjukkan bahwa kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan serta 0,000<0,05 menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Namun, budaya organisasi menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap loyalitas karyawan dibandingkan dengan kepuasaan kerja.
