Abstract

Human Resource (HR) development is a way for the organization to be able to maintain the working existence of all organizational components. An organization must be able to optimize the ability of its human resources so that the achievement of targets can be accomplished, but it is not simple it requires a good understanding of the organization, there needs to be a mature development strategy so that the HR of an organization is used as needed. Primary and secondary data are used in this research, the questionnaires are distributed to PT Mana Aktiva Kreasi in Medan. Data is measured by validity and reliability test. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling method, specifically sansus sampling. The data is analyzed using SPSS 25.0, the research model is being tested using normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and linearity test. The data also tested with multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test are done with F-Test, T-Test and Sobel Test. The purpose of this study is to evaluate between Job Competence, Job Autonomy and Job Impact has a positive and significant influence on Job Loyalty at PT Mana Aktiva Kreasi in Medan. Also, Job satisfaction of PT Mana Aktiva Kreasi in Medan is having significant influence towards Job Loyalty both partially and simultaneously. Job Satisfaction also mediates the effect of Job Competence, Job Autonomy and Job Impact influence on Job Loyalty at PT Mana Aktiva Kreasi in Medan./ Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan cara bagi organisasi untuk dapat mempertahankan eksistensi kerja seluruh komponen organisasi. Suatu organisasi harus mampu mengoptimalkan kemampuan sumber daya manusianya sehingga pencapaian target dapat tercapai, namun tidak sesederhana itu membutuhkan pemahaman yang baik tentang organisasi, perlu ada strategi pengembangan yang matang agar SDM suatu organisasi digunakan sesuai kebutuhan. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini, kuesioner didistribusikan ke PT Mana Aktiva Kreasi di Medan, data diukur dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode non probability sampling, khususnya sansus sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0, model penelitian sedang diuji menggunakan uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinieritas dan linieritas. Data juga diuji dengan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji kotfisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji F, Uji T dan uji Sobel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi antara Kompetensi Kerja, Otonomi Kerja dan Dampak Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja di PT Mana Aktiva Kreasi di Medan. Selain itu, Kepuasan Kerja PT Mana Aktiva Kreasi di Medan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kepuasan Kerja juga memediasi pengaruh Kompetensi Kerja, Otonomi Kerja dan Dampak Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Kerja di PT Mana Aktiva Kreasi di Medan.
