Abstract

Every Company want to have employees who are ability and performance well in company. CV Haus Development, Medan located at Jl Gereja No 2C-2D Medan. CV Haus Development, Medan is a company engaged in the field of property standing start in 2002. CV Haus Development, Medan decreased employee performance who are due work competence and leadership. work competencies that are less supportive of educational background and work experience and less optimal leadership can be seen from emotions that have not been well controlled and have not been able to motivate employees to work better. The aim of this research is to investigate work competence and leadership have effect on employee performance at CV Haus Development, Medan. Work competence and leadership have an important role in shaping employee performance. With employee performance then will have a level of good competence and leadership. In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS statistics V. 25. The writer used Quantitative, descriptive and causal research. The sampling technique used is census sampling method. The population will be all of the employees, 38 employee and sample amounted to 38 employees at CV Haus Development, Medan. The result of hypothesis test, work competence and leadership have an effect on employee performance at CV Haus Development, Medan, either partial and simultaneous. Furthermore, work competence and leadership have 66.2% effect on employee performance. This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y=0.694 X1+ 0.312 X2. Recommendations for the company improve work competencies by changing organizational structures that are more in line with employee knowledge and improve leadership./ Setiap perusahaan ingin memiliki karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan dan kinerja yang baik di perusahaan. CV Haus Development, Medan berlokasi di Jl Gereja no 2C-2D Medan. CV Haus Development, Megan adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang properti berdiri mulai tahun 2002. CV Haus Development, Medan mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan yang dikarenakan kompetensi kerja dan kepemimpinannya. Kompetensi kerja yang kurang mendukung dari latar belakang pendidikan maupun pengalaman kerja dan pimpinan yang kurang optimal terlihat dari emosi yang belum terkontrol dengan baik dan belum dapat memotivasi karyawan agar bekerja lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi kerja dan kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Haus Development, Medan. Kompetensi Kerja dan kepemimpinan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kinerja karyawan. Dengan kinerja karyawan maka akan memiliki tingkat kompetensi dan kepemimpinan yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan statistik IBM SPSS V. 25. Penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode census sampling. Populasi akan menjadi semua karyawan, 38 karyawan dan sampel berjumlah 38 karyawan di CV Haus Development, Medan. Hasil uji hipotesis, Kompetensi Kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Haus Development, Medan., baik parsial maupun simultan. Selanjutnya, Kompetensi Kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh 66,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga lolos uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan persamaan Y=0,694 x1+ 0,312 x2 Hasil dari tes hipotesis, kompensasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, baik parsial dan simultan. Selain itu, kompensasi dan pelatihan memiliki 34,6% pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga melewati uji validitas, uji relabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan persamaan adalah Y = 13.155 X1 + 0.273 x2. Rekomendasi dari perusahaan meningkatkatkan kompetensi kerja dengan mengubah sturktur organisasi yang lebih sesuai dengan pengetahuan karyawan dan meningkatkan kepemimpinan.
