Abstract
Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan bagian dari pelayanan di rumah sakit dan salah satu nilai pelayanan kefarmasian adalah waktu tunggu pelayanan obat. Waktu tunggu pelayanan obat selalu menjadi perhatian dalam meningkatkan pelayanan rumah sakit terkait dengan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data secara prospektif melalui pengamatan yang dilakukan secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu tunggu pelayanan obat pasien rawat inap dan faktor yang mempengaruhi. Sampel yang digunakan didapat secara random sampling sebanyak 97 sampel yang diambil pada waktu sibuk mulai dari lembar permintaan obat masuk hingga obat diterima. Hasil yang didapat adalah waktu tunggu pelayanan obat pasien rawat inap lebih dari 60 menit +- 46 menit. Faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pelayanan adalah terbatasnya jumlah sumber daya manusia (SDM), banyaknya permintaan obat yang masuk, ketersediaan obat, banyaknya obat yang harus diantar dan penggunaan fasilitas pengantaran obat yang belum maksimal. / Pharmaceutical services are part of hospital services and one of the values of pharmaceutical services is the waiting time for drug services. Waiting time for drug services is always a concern in improving hospital services related to patient satisfaction. This research is a descriptive observational study with prospective data collection throgh direct observations. This study aims to determine the waiting time for inpatient drug services and the influencing factors. The sample used was obtained by random sampling as many as 97 samples taken at busy times starting from the incoming drug request sheet until the drug was received. The results obtained are the waiting time for inpatient drug services is more than 60 minutes +- 46 minutes. Factors that affect the waiting time for services are the limited number of human resources (HR), the number of incoming drug requests, the availability of drugs, the number of drugs that must be delivered and the use of drug delivery facilities that have not been maximized.
