Abstract

Apotek adalah usaha eceran yang menjual barang yang terdiri dari perbekalan farmasi seperti obat, bahan obat dan perbekalan kesehatan. Salah satu jenis penerapan teknologi dalam memajukan penjualan yaitu menggunakan apotek tersebut sebagai apotek online atau telefarmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh platform telefarmasi terhadap peningkatan omzet di Apotek X Tangerang periode Januari – Desember 2021.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif komparatif. Data dikumpulkan secara retrospektif. Uji analisis menggunakan non parametrik yaitu Uji Mann Whitney. Pengujian tersebut dibantu program IBM SPSS versi 28.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil signifikan dua sisi pada uji statistik adalah 0,001 atau nilai signifikan dibawah 0,05. Maka, H0 diterima, tidak ada perbedaan pada penjualan konvensional dan telefarmasi. Penjualan telefarmasi berbeda bermakna, tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan omzet di Apotek X Tangerang/Pharmacy is a retail business that sells good consisting of pharmaceutical supllies such as drugs, medicinal ingridients and health supplies. One type of application of technology in advancing sales is using a pharmacy like online pharmacies or telepharmacies. This study aimed to determine the effect of the telepharmaceutical platform on increasing turnover at Apotek X Tangerang period January – December 2021 . This study used comparative quantitative method. The data were collected retrospectively. The analysis test used a non-parametric test, namely Mann Whitney test. The test was assisted by the IBM SPSS program 28.0 version. Based on the result of the study , the two-sided significant result in the statistical test was 0,001 or a significant or a significant value below 0,05. So , H0 is accepted, there was no difference between conventional and telepharmaceutical sales. Telepharmaceutical sales were significantly different, had no significant effect on increasing turnover at Apotek X Tangerang.
