Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention untuk karyawan generasi milenial pada Institusi Pendidikan ABC yang berlokasi di Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian ini didukung oleh adanya fakta bahwa ketika karyawan meninggalkan organisasi, mereka akan menimbulkan kerugian pada organisasi seperti biaya untuk merekrut, melatih dan mengembangkan, serta benefit karyawan. Berdasarkan studi ekplorasi yang dilakukan terhadap 40 orang karyawan usia milenial (22-37 tahun) dengan tingkat keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari Institusi Pendidikan ABC sebesar 54% Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, dengan menggunakan skala likert 1-5 (five-point scale) yang digunakan untuk mengukur jumlah responden aktual sebanyak 95 responden. Data dianalisis dan diolah melalui penggunaan SPSS for windows ver 24.0. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menghasilkan Stres Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Turnover Intention dan Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara negatif terhadap Turnover Intention di Institusi Pendidikan ABC. Kontribusi penelitian diharapkan dapat memberi masukan bagi para pengelola SDM terutama bagi usia generasi milenial atas intensi furnover. / The main goal of this research is to investigate the influence of job satisfaction, job stress and organization commitment on the turnover intention of millennial generation employee, in Educational Institute ABC, which is located in Tangerang, Banten. This research was supported by the fact that when an employee leaves an organization, it will result in a huge burden for an organization in recuperating for the loss, such as cost of recruiting, training, and developing, employee benefit and etc. in accordance with the exploratory study which is conducted on 40 millennial employees (22-37 of age), and there are as high of 54% of the total employees tested who have desire to leave Educational Institute ABC. The study was done in a quantitative manner of research. Data that was utilized in the research are primary and secondary data which were collected through questionnaire, and the likert scale of 1-5 (five-point scale) was used to measure the response of 95 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed and processed through SPSS for windows ver. 24.0. Thus this research resulted in, both Job Stress and Organizational Commitment, have a positive effect on Turnover Intention, and Job Satisfaction have a negative effect on Turnover Intention in Educational Institute ABC. This research is done with the hope that it will contribute towards organization's HRD, and especially for the Turnover Intention Millennial.
