Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct influence of compensation, empowerment, and job satisfaction to employee loyalty, to analyze direct influence of compensation and empowerment to job satisfaction, to analyze direct influence of empowerment to job satisfaction and to analyze the direct influence to compensation to empowerment. This research used quantitative approach with descriptive method. Data used in this research is primary data and survey data collection technique using questionnaire with Likert scale given to 90 respondents, data analysis are done using SmartPLS. The conclusion of this research shows that compensation has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction, compensation does not have a positive impact on employee loyalty, empowerment does not have a positive impact on employee job satisfaction, empowerment has positive impact on employee loyalty, compensation has positive impact on employee empowerment and job satisfaction does not have positive impact on employee loyalty. The contribution of this research is to give input to Human Resource managers on how to increase employee loyalty.
