Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh dari disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Prima Fit (2) Pengaruh motivasi berrpestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Prima Fit. (3) Pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Prima Fit. (4) Disiplin kerja, motivasi berprestasi, dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Prima Fit. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian survey, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan data survei dengan skala likert kepada 70 responden dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positift positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja, motivasi berprestasi, dan keterlibatan kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi para pengelola SDM atas kinerja karyawan, terutama pada bidang kesehatan. / The objectives of this study are to know: (1) Effect of work discipline on employee performance in PT Pruma Fit. (2) Effect of achievement motivation on employee performance in PT Prima Fit. (3) Effect of job involvement on performance in PT Prona Fit. (4) Work discipline, achievement motivation, and job involvement simultaneously affect on employee performance in PT Prima Fit. This research is categorized as survey research, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. Research conducted with descriptive methods with quantitative approaches. The data used are primary data with publication techniques using a questionnaire based on survey data with the number of respondents as many as 70 respondents and data processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline behaves positively towards employee performance, achievement motivation have a positive effect on employee performance, joh involvement positively influences employee performance, and work discipline, achievement motivation, and job involvement simultaneously influence employee performance. The contribution of this research is expected to provide input for HR managers for employee performance, especially in the field of health care.
