Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bullying di tempat kerja terhadap komitmen; pengaruh dukungan pimpinan terhadap komitmen; juga pengaruh bullying terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan yang dimoderasi deangan dukungan pimpinan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal yang menggunakan metode kuisioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian produksi perusahaan properti pada usia 17-45 tahun keatas. Sampel yang diambil dari 167 responden yang merupakan karyawan yag bekerja di perusahaan properti di Gresik menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bullying berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap komitmen; dukungan pimpinan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap komitmen; dan dukungan pimpinan signifikan memperlemah hubungan antara bullying terhadap komitmen. Hasil dari hipotesis diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi praktisi HRM termasuk kebijakan yang harus dibuat untuk melindungi karyawan dari fenomena bullying di tempat kerja. Hal ini juga dapat memperluas perspektif perusahaan untuk mempertahankan hubungan positif dengan karyawan untuk mencegah bullying di tempat kerja dan juga untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan untuk mengurangi niat terhadap pergantian karyawan / This research aims to analyze the influence of workplace bullying on organizational commitment; the influence of supervisor support on organizational commitment; also the influence of workplace bullying on organizational commitment which are moderated by supervisor support. This research is a causal research which uses quisioner method. The sample of this research is the employees who work at production at 17 -45 year old up. The sample is taken from 167 respondent who are the production employee work at property industry company in Surakarta by using probability sampling technique. The results of this study conclude that bullying has a significant negative effect on commitment; leadership support has a significant positive impact on commitment; and significant leadership support weakens the relationship between bullying and commitment. The results of the hypothesis are expected to provide an understanding for HRM practitioners including policies that must be made to protect employees from the phenomenon of bullying in the workplace. It can also broaden the company's perspective to maintain positive relationships with employees to prevent bullying in the workplace and also to improve job satisfaction, organizational commitment and to reduce intentions towards employee turnover
