Abstract

Sehubungan dengan perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia melalui berbagai metode untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang siap dan trampil sesuai dengan kebutuhan, perilaku produktif merupakan tuntutan utama bagi pengusaha untuk menjaga kelangsungan operasional perusahaan. Ada beberapa aspek yang memengaruhi perilaku produktif antara lain adalah semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku produktif karyawan PT. X di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H1 semangat kerja berpengaruh 13,8% dan nilai signifikansi 0,002 terhadap perilaku produktif artinya berpengaruh dan signifikan, sedangkan H2 lingkungan kerja berpengaruh 5,3% dan nilai signifikansi 0,055 artinya berpengaruh tapi tidak signifikan. Hasil dari tingkat reliabilitas skala perilaku produktif, semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing sebesar 0.908, 0.841 dan 0.890. Hasil uji regresi semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku produktif secara simultan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (p = 0.002) dengan nilai R square sebesar 16,8%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku produktif tergolong rendah, di samping itu ada beberapa aspek lain yang bisa memengaruhi perilaku produktif karyawan. Disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi semangat kerja maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat perilaku produktif karyawan ketika bekerja, sama halnya dengan lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku produktif. Secara simultan perilaku produktif memengaruhi semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja, semakin tinggi perilaku produktif karyawan maka semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja harus lebih meningkat. Dalam rangka meningkatkan perilaku produktif karyawan, pimpinan perusahaan hendaknya untuk selalu mempertimbangkan kebijakan yang dibuat terutama dalam hal memperhatikan kondisi semangat kerja / In connection with the need to improve the Quality of Human Resources through various methods to meet the needs of prepared and skilled workforce according to the needs, productivity competencies related to the interests of employers to improve company operations. There are several aspects that affect motivation, including morale and work environment. This study aims to determine whether there is work motivation and the environment on the productive motivation of employees of PT. X in Surabaya. The results showed that H1 worked 13.8% and the significance value of 0.002 on the work relationship was significant, while the H2 work environment was 5.3% and the significance value was 0.055 meaning but not significant. The results of the level of reliability scale of influence, morale and work environment are respectively 0.908, 0.841 and 0.890. The results of the regression test of work morale and work environment on simultaneous productive motivation showed significant results (p = 0.002) with an R square value of 16.8%. This study shows how the influence of workplace morale and the environment on productive relationships is relatively low, in addition there are several other aspects that can influence employee productive behavior. Caused by the higher morale, the higher the level of productivity of complex work, as well as an environment that focuses on productive behavior. Simultaneously productive behavior influences work morale and work environment, the higher the work productivity of morale then the work environment is increasing. In order to increase productive motivation, company leaders strive to always consider policies that are made to advance in terms of considering the conditions of morale
