Abstract

Strategi sumber daya manusia juga menyangkut masalah kompetensi dalam kemampuan teknis, konseptual, dan hubungan manusia. Perusahaan dan sumber daya manusia merupakan dua kelompok yang saling mendukung dan memiliki keterkaitan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu kerjasama yang bersifat saling menguntungkan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang memberikan kontribusi sangat dominan atau bahkan dapat dikatakan memegang peranan yang sangat penting diantara sumber daya yang lainnya. Karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan anggota organisasi yang diharapkan dapat berperan serta dalam mensukseskan tujuan perusahaan. Di samping itu, mereka juga merupakan individu-individu yang memiliki tujuan. IPH Schools adalah institusi pendidikan yang mempunyai tingkat sekolah mulai dari playgroup hingga SMA di Surabaya. Variabel self esteem sendiri dipengaruhi oleh 2 variabel yaitu motivation dan organizational commitment. Variabel motivation yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar dengan angka 0,863, kemudian diikuti oleh organizational commitment pengaruh sebesar 0,789. Sehingga kedua variabel motivation dan organizational commitment terbukti berpengaruh terhadap self esteem. Hasil penelitian ini mengenai hubungan atara variabel – variabel yang mempengaruhi, merupakan jawaban atas masalah yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel motivation, organizational commitment, terhadap job performance melalui self esteem Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan kepada IPH Schools berkaitan dengan implikasi praktis adalah memberikan training di dalam grup. Salah satu contohnya adalah leadership training mengingat karyawan di IPH Schools mayoritas adalah guru / pendidik. Kemudian memberikan kesempatan training bagi guru yang berprestasi untuk mengembangkan diri. Serta harus menjaga komunikasi di dalam manajemen. Sehingga komunikasi lebih terbuka dan dua arah / Conceptual, and human relations. The company and human resources help each other and interrelate with each other. Therefore, mutual cooperation is needed. Human resources are an excellent resource that can be changed and supported by other resources. Employees in a company are members of an organization that can be used to succeed in the company's goals. In addition, they are also individuals who have a purpose. The IPH schools is an education that has a school level ranging from playgroup to high school in Surabaya. Self-esteem variable is by 2 variables, namely organizational motivation and commitment. The motivation for the most reputable variable is 0.863, followed by organizational commitment of 0.789. Even so, both organizational motivation and commitment variables prove to be good against self-esteem. The research method used between the variables that influence, is the answer to the problem raised in this study, namely, positive and significant variables on motivation variables, organizational commitment, to work performance through self-esteem. The recommendations that can be given to IPH Schools related to the practical implications are giving training in the group. Leadership training is recommended, because the majority of employees in the IPH Schools are teachers / educators. Then provide training opportunities for teachers who excel to develop themselves. However, they have to maintain communication within management. So that communication is more open with employee and management
