Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Insentif, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja, pengaruh Insentif, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diajukan yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara variabel bebas Insentif, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, dan Budaya Organisasi dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dan Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 245 karyawan PT. Sutindo Group Surabaya. Data diolah dengan menggunakan komputer program AMOS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Insentif berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Insentif tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Insentif tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, Budaya Organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi / The purpose of this research is to know and explain the effect of Incentive, Training and Development, and Orgazational Culture to Work Motivation. The effect of Incentive, Training and Development, and Orgazational Culture to the Employee Performance, and the effect of Work Motivation to Employee Performance. The research methods for this research is a quantitative. This research will test the proposed hypothesis and it has a significant effect between independent variables of Incentive, Training and Development, and Orgazational Culture with Work Motivation as mediation variable and Employee Performance as the dependent. The population of this research is 245 employees of PT. Sutindo Group Surabaya. The data will be processed using AMOS 22.0. The research findings showed that the Incentive has a effect on Work Motivation, Training and Development does not have an effect on Work Motivation, Orgazational Culture has a effect on Work Motivation. Work Motivation has a effect on Employee Performance. Incentive does not have an effect on Employee Performance, Training and Development does not have an effect on Employee Performance, Orgazational Culture has a effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has a effect on Employee Performance. Incentive does not have an effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as mediation variable. Orgazational Culture does not have an effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as mediation variable
