Abstract

Manusia adalah sumber daya penting bagi sebuah perusahaan dalam menjalankan praktik industri untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja yang tinggi pada karyawan bagian produksi akan membuat perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan atau pemasukan yang lebih baik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT. X Gedangan, Sidoarjo. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 73 karyawan yang bekerja di bagian produksi di PT. X di Gedangan, Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan r = 0,967, p = 0,000. Kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan r = 0,984, p = 0,000. Kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan r = 0,981, p = 0,000. Karyawan memiliki kinerja yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaannya di PT. X, sehingga ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Karyawan dan perusahaan perlu bekerjasama untuk mendorong kemajuan kinerja dengan cara meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja / Humans are important resource for a company in carrying out industrial practices to achieve company goals. High performance on employee of production department will make company get better profit or income. The study aims to determine the relationship of work motivation, work satisfaction and employee performance in production department at PT. X Gedangan, Sidoarjo. Sampling uses purposive sampling through the distribution of questionnaires to 73 employees who work in production department at PT. X Gedangan Sidoarjo. The result showed that work motivation and employee performance had positive relationship with r = 0,994, p = 0,000. Work satisfaction and employee performance had positive relationship with r = 0,994, p = 0,000. Work satisfaction and work motivation had positive relationship with r = 0,993, p = 0,000. Employee have high performance on their work at PT. X, so there is relationship between work motivation, work satisfaction, and employee performance. Employee and company need to work together to encourage performance progress by increasing work motivation and work satisfaction
