Abstract

Agility merupakan karakteristik dasar dari supply chain yang membantu perusahaan untuk dapat bertahan dan menang dalam sebuah kompetisi di era global saat ini. Agility membantu perusahaan menyediakan produk yang tepat, pada konsumen yang tepat, dalam waktu yang tepat sebagai tujuan utama dan inti supply chain. Kondisi pasar yang tidak stabil dan dinamis merupakan faktor lain bagi perusahaan untuk dapat merespon dengan lebih cepat dalam perubahan permintaan pasar yang bergejolak dengan tujuan mempertahankan posisi mereka. Untuk menjadi responsif, perusahaan perlu menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi agility, karakteristik dan hubungannya, serta faktor-faktor kritis yang mempengaruhinya. Interpretive Structural Modeling dan Analisa MICMAC digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menentukan keterkaitan antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi agility dalam supply chain. Faktor-faktor ini kemudian dikategorikan menurut tingkatan driving power dan dependence power. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Insera Sena, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang berfokus memproduksi sepeda. Perusahaan ini memiliki produk dengan berbagai macam variasi serta pola musiman yang kuat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor-faktor yang memainkan peranan penting dan bekerja sebagai driver pada integrasi supply chain yang efektif adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi (use of IT tools), integrasi proses (process integration) dan perencanaan kolaboratif yang terpusat (centralized and collaborative planning). Supply chain yang terintegrasi akan mampu menanggapi permintaan pelanggan dalam pasar yang bergejolak / Agility is a basic characteristic of the supply chain which helps firms to survive and win in a competition in this global era. Agility helps the company provide the right products, to the right consumers, in the right time as the main purpose and core of the supply chain. The unstable and dynamic market conditions are another factors for companies to be able in responding more quickly in the fast changes of market demands in order to sustain their position. In the purpose for being responsive, the company must determine factors that effecting agility, characteristics and relationship between factors, and critical factors that effecting agility. The interpretive structural modeling and MICMAC analysis is used in this research for determining interrelationships among factors that influencing supply chain agility. These factors have been categorized according to their driving power and dependence power. The research is conducted at PT. Insera Sena, a manufacturing company that producing bicycle products. This company has a large variety and strong seasonality pattern of products. Based on the research results, the factors that play significant role and work as the driver in effective supply chain integration are use of information technology tools, process integration and centralized and collaborative planning. The integrated supply chain will be capable for responding customer demand in a volatile market
