Abstract

Tanggung jawab siswa merupakan salah satu sikap yang diharapkan ada pada siswa dalam menjalankan pembelajaran. Sikap tanggung jawab akan terlihat dari bagaimana siswa menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan maksimal sehingga ia akan aktif dalam diskusi, mengerjakan soal dengan teliti dan mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu. Nyatanya, tanggung jawab siswa dalam pembelajaran masih menjadi sebuah masalah. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas 8.1 dan 8.2 di sebuah sekolah swasta di kawasan Tangerang ditemukan rendahnya tanggung jawab siswa. Rendahnya tanggung jawab siswa menjadi dampak manusia jatuh ke dalam dosa sehingga pendidikan Kristen diharapkan mampu membawa siswa kepada sikap yang benar dan mentransformasi siswa kepada sikap semakin serupa dengan Kristus. Model number head together membawa pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada siswa dengan menerapkan 4 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pemberian nomor, berpikir bersama dan menjawab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan memaparkan upaya dalam mengembangkan tanggung jawab siswa melalui model numbered head together. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan meningkatnya tanggung jawab siswa setelah diterapkan model numbered head together dalam pembelajaran. Saran yang diberikan oleh peneliti yaitu guru dapat mengalokasikan waktu dengan tepat di setiap tahapan model ini dan kepada peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti penggunaan model ini pada pembentukan sikap lain yang seharusnya ada pada siswa. Kata kunci : Tanggung jawab siswa, Numbered head together, Pendidikan Kristen/Student responsibility is one of the attitudes that are expected to exist in students in carrying out learning. The attitude of responsibility will be seen in how students carry out their duties and obligations to the maximum so that they will be active indiscussions, work on questions carefully and collect assignments on time. Student responsibility in learning is still a problem. In a study conducted on students in grades 8.1 and 8.2 at a private school in the Tangerang area, it was found that students' responsibility was low. The low responsibility of students is the impact of humans falling into sin, so Christian education must bring students to the right attitude and transform students to become more like Christ. The numbered head together model brings student-centered learning by applying 4 stages, namely the planning stage, numbering, thinking together and answering. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to describe efforts to increase student responsibility through the numbered head together model. The results of the study showed that students' responsibility increased after the numbered head together model was applied in learning. The suggestion given by the researcher is that the teacher can allocate time appropriately at each stage of this model and the next researcher can examine the use of this model in the formation of other attitudes that should exist in students.
