Abstract

Setiap era mempengaruhi semua bidang kehidupan, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Era society 5.0 yang bersifat humanis mendorong bidang pendidikan menerapkan filsafat humanisme sebagai landasan pendidikan. Akibatnya terjadi perubahan pusat pembelajaran dari guru menjadi siswa. Siswa diberikan kebebasan berpikir dan membangun pengetahuannya. Hal tersebut menjadikan siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi. Namun faktanya, masih banyak siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah apalagi jika mempelajari mata pelajaran kimia. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan motivasi ekstrinsik bagi siswa. Akan tetapi, motivasi ekstrinsik verbal berupa kata-kata pujian berdampak negatif jika dilakukan berulang-ulang. Maka dari itu, guru menerapkan perumpamaan dalam memberikan motivasi. Adapun pesan motivasi yang disampaikan adalah kebenaran Allah yang mampu mengubah karakter, sikap, perilaku dan kelakuan manusia. Kebenaran ini juga yang mampu menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dalam penerapannya, terdapat 6 langkah yang harus dilakukan oleh guru. Dari penerapan yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil positif berupa peningkatan motivasi belajar pada siswa. Hal tersebut dikaji dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan penulisan ini disimpulkan bahwa pemberian motivasi dalam bentuk perumpamaan yang didasarkan kebenaran Allah mampu mengatasi rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Penulis menyarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk meneliti jenis perumpamaan mana yang efektif untuk memberikan motivasi dalam bentuk perumpamaan, sedangkan bagi guru disarankan menguasai kebenaran dan perumpamaan yang dipakai serta menyampaikan ayat kebenaran yang disampaikan./Each era affects all areas of life, including the field of education. The era of society 5.0 which is humanist encourages the field of education to apply the philosophy of humanism as the foundation of education. As a result, there is a change in the learning center from teacher to student. Students are given the freedom to think and build their knowledge. This makes students have high learning motivation. But in fact, there are still many students who have low learning motivation, especially when studying chemistry subjects. Therefore, extrinsic motivation is needed for students. However, verbal extrinsic motivation in the form of words of praise has a negative impact if it is done repeatedly. Therefore, the teacher applies parables in providing motivation. The motivational message conveyed is the truth of God which can change the character, attitude, behavior, and behavior of humans. This truth is also able to foster student learning motivation. In its application, six steps must be taken by the teacher. From the implementation, positive results were obtained in the form of increased learning motivation in students. It was studied by using the descriptive qualitative method. Based on this writing, it is concluded that the provision of motivation in the form of parables based on the truth of God can overcome the low motivation of students to learn. The author suggests for further researchers examine which types of parables are effective in motivating in the form of parables. At the same time, teachers are advised to master the truth and parables used and convey the truth verses conveyed.
