Abstract

Siswa adalah makhluk sosial yang tidak dapat hidup tanpa bantuan dari orang lain dan salah satu cirinya adalah adanya kerjasama antar manusia. Siswa sebagai komunitas kelas harus menciptakan lingkungan yang harmonis dan penuh kasih melalui sikap saling peduli, kompak, membantu, dan menghargai. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan selama pengajaran di kelas VII, siswa mengalami masalah kurangnya kerjasama siswa. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kurangnya perhatian peserta didik memperhatikan guru mengajar, siswa tidak terbiasa belajar secara berkelompok. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pembelajaran yang menempatkan siswa dalam kelompok kecil karena kemampuan kerjasama terfasilitasi ketika siswa berada dalam kelompok. Pembelajaran NHT merupakan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada kelompok kecil agar terjalin kerjasama antar siswa. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan model Pelton. Subyek dalam penelitian berjumlah 18 siswa kelas VII. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 20 September 2018 sampai 12 Oktober 2018. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah lembar observasi mentor, angket, dan jurnal refleksi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terjadi peningkatan kerjasama siswa di antaranya tanggung jawab secara bersama-sama menyelesaikan pekerjaan dari 86% menjadi 100%, mengutarakan pendapat dalam kelompok dari 83,3% menjadi 94,4%, menghargai pendapat orang lain dari 69,4% menjadi 83,3%, menunjukkan kekompakkan dari 94,4% menjadi 100%. Adapun langkah-langkah dari metode Numbered Heads Together yang dapat meningkatkan kerjasama siswa adalah menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, siswa dibagi dalam kelompok, siswa di berikan pertanyaaan atau masalah untuk di diskusikan dalam kelompok, siswa diberikan kesempatan kerja sama di kelompok, guru mengecek pemahaman siswa dengan memanggil nomor kepala, guru memfasilitasi siswa menyimpulkan materi pembelajaran Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan metode NHT dapat meningkatkan kerjasama siswa./ Students are social beings who cannot live without help from other people and one of the characteristics is cooperation between humans. Students as a class community must create a harmonious and loving environment through mutual care, compactness, help and respect. Based on observations during teaching in class VII, students experience problems with lack of student collaboration. This is caused by several factors such as lack of attention of students paying attention to the teacher teaching, students are not used to learning in groups. Therefore, learning is needed which places students in small groups because of the ability of collaboration to be facilitated when students are in groups. NHT learning is learning that emphasizes small groups so that collaboration between students is established. The research method used is Classroom Action Research using the Pelton model. The subjects in the study amounted to 18 grade VII students. The study was conducted from September 20, 2018 to October 12, 2018. The instruments used in the study were mentor observation sheets, questionnaires, and reflection journals. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive and qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis, there was an increase in student collaboration including responsibility for jointly completing work from 86% to 100%, expressing opinions in groups from 83.3% to 94.4%, respecting other people's opinions from 69.4% to 83.3%, indicating a compactness of 94.4% to 100%. The steps of the Numbered Heads Together method that can improve student collaboration are delivering learning material, students are divided into groups, students are given questions or problems to be discussed in groups, students are given the opportunity to work together in groups, the teacher checks students' understanding by calling head number, teacher facilitates students to conclude learning material Thus, it can be concluded that NHT method can improve student collaboration.
