Abstract
Minat berwirausaha mahasiswa memiliki peran penting untuk membantu perekonomian suatu negara seperti tingkat kemiskinan dan pengangguran saat ini yang masih tinggi, sehingga minat berwirausaha mahasiswa perlu ditingkatkan. Adapun tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui kepribadian mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner kepada mahasiswa UPH dengan program studi manajemen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi Smart PLS v 3.0. Total keseleuruhan responden pada penelitian sebesar 254 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy dan family environment berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial personality dan entrepreneurial spirit. Namun ditemukan hasil bahwa self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial spirit.
