Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, semua informasi mulai dari hal kecil hingga besar tersebar dengan cepat dan pesat, seperti halnya suatu yang sedang viral, dengan adanya media sosial, informasi mengenai hal tersebut dengan cepat tersebar dan banyak orang akan mendapatkan kabar mengenai hal tersebut. Di masa perkuliahan, mahasiswa tentu mendapatkan banyak sekali keterampilan dan wawasan mengenai berwirausaha, selain itu, terdapat juga faktor internal dan eksternal dari seorang mahasiswa tersebut seperti sikap yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa terhadap niat berwirausaha pada nantinya yakni diantarnya terdapat tiga komponen yang mempengaruhi yaitu komponen afektif, kognitif, dan perilaku. Terdapat juga faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan sekitar mahasiswa yang dapat mempengaruhi niat mereka berwirausaha setelah melewati dan lulus perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap dan lingkungan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pelita Harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dan menyebarkan kuestioner elektronik melalui google forms dengan menggunakan metode sampling non-probabilitas yakni purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 300 responden. Hasil data yang diperoleh pada nantinya akan dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat hipotesis. Penelitian ini memberikan pengartian teoritis, pengartian manajerial, serta rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. / In today's digital era, all information ranging from small to large things spread quickly and rapidly, just like something that is going viral, with social media, information about it quickly spreads and many people will get news about it. During the lecture period, students certainly get a lot of skills and insights about entrepreneurship, in addition, there are also internal and external factors from a student such as attitudes that affect students' intentions to become entrepreneurs in the future, namely, there are three components that influence, namely affective, cognitive components. , and behavior. There are also external factors such as the environment around students that can affect their intentions to become entrepreneurs after passing and graduating from college. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes and environment on the entrepreneurial intentions of students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Pelita Harapan University. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques by using and distributing electronic questionnaires through google forms using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The samples taken for this study were 300 respondents. The results of the data obtained will later be analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. In this study, there are four hypotheses. This research provides theoretical understanding, managerial interpretation, and recommendations for further research.
