Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu faktor yang menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia. Dengan menyerap banyaknya tenaga kerja di Indonesia dan menjadi penggerak dari perekonomian di Indonesia. Namun pandemi membuat para UMKM di indonesia menjadi merugi dan tidak sedikit yang berakhir bangkrut dan hal ini membuat perekonomian Indonesia menjadi jatuh dan banyak masyarakat yang menderita karena kurangnya penghasilan dan kurangnya persediaan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru terhadap pemilik UMKM terhadap faktor-faktor yang dapat membuat usaha lebih sustainable di dalam segala kondisi negara. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausaahan, orientasi teknologi terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh inovasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang di dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang bersifat online dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 304. Pengolahan data yang sudah di peroleh akan dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS di dalam melakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Penelitian ini memiliki jumlah hipotesis sebanyak delapan belas yang mendapatkan hasil bahwa sembilan hipotesis diterima dan sembilan hipotesis ditolak. Penelitian ini turut memberikan implikasi yang bersifat teoritis dan manajerial, dan saran-saran yang dapat membantu peneliti yang selanjutnya./ Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the factors that form the backbone of the Indonesian economy. By absorbing a large number of workers in Indonesia and becoming a driver of the economy in Indonesia. However, the pandemic has made MSMEs in Indonesia lose money and not a few have ended up bankrupt this has made the Indonesian economy fall and many people suffer from a lack of income and a lack of labor supply. This research is expected to provide new knowledge to MSME owners on the factors that can make their business more sustainable in all country conditions. This study aims to examine the effect of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and technology orientation on company performance mediated by innovation. This research is a type of quantitative research in which data collection uses online questionnaires with a total sample of 304. The data processing that has been obtained will be analyzed using SmartPLS software in processing data using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) techniques. This study has a number of hypotheses as many as eighteen which get the results that nine hypotheses are accepted and nine hypotheses are rejected. This research also provides theoretical and managerial implications and suggestions that can help future researchers.
