Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesejahteraan perawat,kepuasan kerja perawat,komitmen perawat, dan fasilitas kerja perawat terhadap kinerja perawat. Model penelitian diuji secara empiris pada populasi perawat yangbekerja di Rumah Sakit XYZ di Tasikmalaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan voluntary response sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 178 responden. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan perawat dan fasilitas kerja perawat mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat sedangkan kepuasan kerja perawat dan komitmen perawat tidak ditemukan mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi manajerial bagi Rumah Sakit XYZ di Tasikmalaya./ This study was conducted to determine the effect of nurse wellbeing, nurse job satisfaction, nurse commitment, and nurse work facilities on nurse performance. The research model was tested empirically on a population of nurses working at XYZ Hospital, Tasikmalaya. Data was collected by voluntary response sampling with a total of 178 respondents. The data were then analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results of this study indicate that the wellbeing of nurses and nurses' work facilities have a positive influence on nurse performance, while nurse job satisfaction and nurse commitment is not found to have a significant positive effect on nurse performance. The results of this study have managerial implications for XYZ Hospital in Tasikmalaya.
