Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk menguji analisis faktor pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Motivasi Berwirausaha, dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha serta dampaknya terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability, yaitu purposive sampling untuk melakukan analisa terhadap seluruh data yang telah dikumpulkan peneliti. Sasaran responden dalam penelitian adalah para pengusaha yang memiliki dan mengelola bisnis/usahanya di Kota Makassar yang dikumpulkan peneliti melalui kuesioner online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis model persamaan struktural dan regresi parsial (PLS-SEM) dengan total 268 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Motivasi Berwirausaha, dan Lingkungan keluarga memberikan pengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha sebesar 63.6% serta Minat Berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha sebesar 53.4%./This study aims to determine the influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Motivation, and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest and its impact on Business Success. Researchers use quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling to analyze the entire data that has been collected. The number of samples in this study was 268 respondents of entrepreneurs who owned and managed their businesses at Makassar. This research used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Based on the results of the study, it is shown that Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Family Environment have an influence on Entrepreneurial Interest by 63.6% and Entrepreneurial Interest affects Business Success by 53.4%.
