Abstract

Latar Belakang: Burnout adalah sindrom patologis emosi maladaptif yang berkembang sebagai respons terhadap stres kerja yang berkepanjangan. Salah satu penyebab burnout adalah job satisfacion yang rendah, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek pekerjaan. Job related biasanya dianggap dapat diterima untuk intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan. Job related factor adalah working condition, work autonomy, dan work-family conflict. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi job satisfaction dan dampaknya terhadap burnout pada perawat rawat inap di RSUD dr. M. Asari Pemalang. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis cross sectional menggunakan metode survei non interventional pada 160 perawat rawat inap di RSUD dr. M. Asari Pemalang dari Bulan Agustus – Oktober 2022. Hasil: Dari total 160 responden menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap burnout. Model hasil (empiris model) penelitian ini diketahui memiliki akurasi prediksi yang rendah (R2) dan relevansi prediksi medium (Q2) terhadap burnout sebagai variabel dependen yang diprediksi. Kesimpulan: Anteseden job satisfaction dalam model penelitian ini cukup dapat memprediksi variabel job satisfaction. Dengan demikian, model penelitian ini dapat disarankan untuk direplikasi dan diuji lebih lanjut pada populasi perawat lain di rumah sakit lain yang potensial untuk penelitian selanjutnya./Background: Burnout is a pathological syndrome of maladaptive emotions that develops in response to prolonged work stress. One of the causes of burnout is low job satisfaction, which can affect various aspects of work. Job related is usually considered acceptable for intervention to increase satisfaction. Job related factors are working conditions, work autonomy, and work-family conflict. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and their impact on burnout among inpatient nurses at RSUD dr. M. Asari Pemalang. Methods: Quantitative research with a cross-sectional type using a non-interventional survey method on 160 inpatient nurses at dr. M. Asari Pemalang from August – October 2022. Results: A total of 160 respondents indicated that job satisfaction has a negative effect on burnout. The outcome model (empirical model) of this study is known to have low prediction accuracy (R2) and medium predictive relevance (Q2) to burnout as the predicted dependent variable. Conclusion: The job satisfaction antecedents in this research model are sufficient to predict job satisfaction variables. Thus, it is suggested that this research model be replicated and further tested in other populations of nurses in other hospitals with potential for further research.
