Abstract

PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang penyewan alat berat dimana berfokus pada pertambangan. Perusahaan telah berdiri sejak tahun 2005 serta berkantor di Jakarta dan Balikpapan. Pada penelitian ini berusaha untuk mencari tahu mengenai penyebab terjadinya penurunan keuntungan yang dialami oleh perusahaan selama masa pandemi. Dalam prosesnya peneliti berusaha untuk memperdalam proses mencari apa saja yang menjadi faktor pendukung bagi keunggulan kompetitif dari PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera dengan melakukan single case study. Untuk proses melakukan pengumpulan data dari penelitian, peneliti melakukan tiga proses yakni wawancara, observasi serta field notes. Proses wawancara yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa pihak seperti pimpinan dan juga karyawan dari PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera beserta konsumennya. Kemudian penelitian yang dilakukan melahirkan suatu mini-model theory dimana didalamnya berisikan apa saja hal pendukung untuk keunggulan kompetitif PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera yang berposisi sebagai penyokong perusahaan agar dapat bertahan saat periode pandemi. Teruntuk kepada praktisi, penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru agar dapat dipelajari dan menjadikan pembelajaran yang menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif saat perusahaan mengalami penurunan./PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera is a company engaged in the field of heavy equipment leasing which focuses on mining. The company has been established since 2005 and has offices in Jakarta and Balikpapan. This research seeks to find out the causes of the decline in profits experienced by companies during the pandemic. In the process the researcher tries to deepen the process of looking for what are the supporting factors for the competitive advantage of PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera by conducting a single case study. For the process of collecting data from research, researchers carried out three processes namely interviews, observations and field notes. The interview process conducted in this study involved several parties such as the leadership and also employees from PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera and its consumers. Then the research conducted gave birth to a mini-model theory which contains everything that supports the competitive advantage of PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera, whose position is to support the company so that it can survive during the pandemic period. For the practitioners, research conducted on PT it is hoped that Sarana Sukses Sejahtera can provide new knowledge so that it can be learned and make learning that creates competitive advantage when the company is experiencing a downturn.
