Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi yang pesat telah merubah hampir keseluruhan gaya hidup dari masyarakat di dunia, dapat diketahui bahwa seluruh aspek kehidupan dipengaruhi oleh teknologi. Bahkan, belakangan ini perkembangan teknologi dan informasi telah mendorong perkembangan dari alat pembayaran menjadi e-money. Indonesia juga menjadi salah satu negara yang mendukung perkembangan e-money, dan kini perkembangan e-money di Indonesia sendiri bisa dikatakan naik cukup signifikan. Hal ini tentunya menyebabkan banyak aplikasi yang menyediakan layanan pembayaran digital salah satunya yaitu DANA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dan diolah dengan bantuan program statistik yaitu SPSS versi 22.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik snowball sampling kepada 158 responden. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, dan habit, terhadap use behavior melalui behavioral intention. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjadi bahan masukan dalam mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Use Behavior. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap actual usage adalah behavioral intention. Kemudian variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention adalah performance expectancy, effort expectancy dan facilitating conditon, sedangkan variabel yang tidak signifikan terhadap behavioral intention adalah hedonic motivation, dan habit. / Rapid advances in technology and information have changed almost the entire lifestyle of people in the world, it can be seen that all aspects of life are influenced by technology. In fact, recent developments in technology and information have encouraged the development of payment instruments into e-money. Indonesia is also one of the countries that supports the development of e-money, and now the development of e-money in Indonesia itself can be said to have increased quite significantly. This of course causes many applications that provide digital payment services, one of which is DANA. This research is a causal research with quantitative methods and processed with the help of a statistical program, namely SPSS version 22.0. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the snowball sampling technique to 158 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and habit, on use behavior through behavioral intention. The benefit of this research is to be an input in knowing what factors influence Use Behavior. The results of the study indicate that the variable that has a significant effect on actual usage is behavioral intention. Then the variables that have a significant effect on behavioral intention are performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions, while variables that are not significant on behavioral intention are hedonic motivation, and habit.
