Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri food & beverages saat ini terus meningkat setiap tahunnya di seluruh penjuru dunia termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu industri food & beverages besar di Indonesia yakni Kopi Janji Jiwa. Selain menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan, Kopi Janji Jiwa juga berkontribusi besar pada pertubuhan perekonomian nasional. Kopi Janji Jiwa juga sangat menjaga loyalitas konsumen dengan terus memperkuat kepuasan konsumen dalam menggunakan produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh Kopi Janji Jiwa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari service quality, store atmosphere, price fairness dan satisfaction terhadap loyalty. Manfaat dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan khususnya dalam mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari satisfaction sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalty. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kausal dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan diolah dengan bantuan program statistik yaitu SPSS versi 22.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik snowball sampling kepada 105 responden, dengan karakteristik responden yaitu berjenis kelamin baik pria maupun wanita, berusia 18-60 tahun, berdomisili di Manado, pernah berkunjung ke Kopi Janji Jiwa di Tomohon minimal 1 (satu) kali dalam 3 (tiga) bulan terakhir, pernah membeli produk dari Kopi Janji Jiwa di Tomohon minimal 2 (dua) kali dalam 6 (enam) bulan terakhir dan masih bisa mengonsumsi produk Kopi Janji Jiwa hingga saat ini. / The growth of the food & beverage industry is currently increasing every year in all corners of the world, including Indonesia. One of the major food & beverage industries in Indonesia is Kopi Janji Jiwa. In addition to providing employment opportunities, Kopi Janji Jiwa also contributes greatly to the growth of the national economy. Kopi Janji Jiwa also really maintains consumer loyalty by continuously strengthening consumer satisfaction in using the products and services offered by Kopi Janji Jiwa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, store atmosphere, price fairness and satisfaction on loyalty. The benefit of this research is to increase insight and knowledge, especially in knowing how much influence satisfaction has so that it can increase loyalty. This research is a casual research using quantitative methods and processed with the help of a statistical program, namely SPSS version 22.0. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using snowball sampling technique to 105 respondents, with the characteristics of the respondents being both male and female, aged 18-60 years, domiciled in Manado, had visited Kopi Janji Jiwa in Tomohon at least 1 (one) time in the last 3 (three) months, have purchased products from Kopi Janji Jiwa in Tomohon at least 2 (two) times in the last 6 (six) months and are still able to consume Kopi Janji Jiwa products until now.
