Abstract

Studi ini menitikberatkan analisis hubungan antar perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, consumer attitudes dan decision dalam berbelanja online di platform TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini mengadopsi penggunaan model baru dengan referensi model asli Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sebanyak 272 responden yang diambil pada penelitian ini merupakan konsumen TikTok Shop di Indonesia yang merupakan pengguna di Jakarta dengan kriteria gender, umur, tingkat pendidikan, dan penghasilan yang beragam. Kemudian, data primer yang diperoleh akan diolah menggunakan alat SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Squares) yang kemudian akan didapatkan hasil berupa kesimpulan penelitian. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi consumer decision ketika berbelanja online di TikTok Shop.
