Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan inti dari pendidikan ekonomi bisnis. Melalui sejarah dan krisis ekonomi serta faktor sosial ekonomi yang terjadi di masa lalu maka para petinggi selaku pembuat kebijakan mempertimbangkan kewirausahaan sebagai faktor yang sangat penting dalam mendukung pebangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Dengan adanya sektor kewirausahaan dapat menumbuhkan produktivitas, inovasi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Dengan demikian, diperlukan ekosistem kewirausahaan untuk mendorong minat masyarakat untuk berwirausaha. Terjadinya krisis sosial harus dapat menumbuhkan sisi humanis wirausahawan untuk peduli dengan sekitar. Oleh karena itu, sejalan dengan situasi pandemi, peran wirausahawan sosial diperlukan untuk berkontribusi mengatasi kondisi krusial yang dihadapi masyarakat. Dalam prakteknya tidak mudah untuk menerapkan kriteria sebagai wirausahawan sosial sehingga perlu dipahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat Social Entrepreneur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami peran empati, kewajiban moral, dan pengalaman dalam mendorong Social Entrepreneur Intention (SEI) di kalangan mahasiswa dan untuk menganalisis apakah Empathy, Moral Obligation, Experience dan Social Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Social Entrepreneurial Intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 250 responden dan populasinya merupakan mahasiswa manajemen universitas pelita harapan karawaci. Teknik sampling yang digunakan merupakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form. Hasil data yang diperoleh kemudian di olah melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Empathy, Moral Obligation dan Social Support terhadap Social Entrepreneurial Intention. Sementara Experience tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Social Entrepreneurial Intention./Entrepreneurship is the core of business economics education. Through history and economic crises as well as socio-economic factors that occurred in the past, high- ranking officials as policy makers consider entrepreneurship as a very important factor in supporting development and economic growth in Indonesia. With the existence of an entrepreneurial sector can grow productivity, innovation and job creation. Thus, an entrepreneurial ecosystem is needed to encourage public interest in entrepreneurship. The occurrence of a social crisis must be able to grow the humanist side of entrepreneurs to care about their surroundings. Therefore, in line with the pandemic situation, the role of social entrepreneurs is needed to contribute to overcoming the crucial conditions faced by society. In practice it is not easy to apply the criteria as a social entrepreneur, so it is necessary to understand the factors that influence the interest in social entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of empathy, moral obligation, and experience in encouraging Social Entrepreneurial Intention (SEI) among college students and to analyze whether Empathy, Moral Obligation, Experience and Social Support have a positive effect on Social Entrepreneurial Intention. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. In this study, 250 respondents were taken and the population was management students at Pelita Harapan University Karawaci. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. The results of the data obtained were then processed through the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Empathy, Moral Obligation and Social Support on Social Entrepreneurial Intention. Meanwhile Experience has no positive and significant effect on Social Entrepreneurial Intention.
