Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menciptakan dampak yang luar biasa terhadap berbagai sektor di dunia tidak terkecuai Indonesia. Khususnya pada sektor pendidikan memaksa semua kegiatan belajar harus dilakukan dengan daring sebagai bentuk pencegahan penularan Covid-19 seperti aplikasi Zenius. Namun, sebagai pendahulu yang memulai menyediakan aplikasi bimbel online, justru tertinggal dengan hadirnya Ruangguru dengan minat siswa yang aktif menggunakannya. Minat penggunaan aplikasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat performa aplikasi atau yang disebut performance expectancy, tingkat kemudahan atau yang disebut effort expectancy, dan kapasitas layanan atau yang disebut facilitating condition, pengaruh lingkungan sosial atau disebut sosial influence seperti keluarga, role model dan kerabat yang dianggap penting dalam hidupnya cenderung membuat siswa mengikuti suatu perilaku. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode pengumphlan data yang disebar melalui kuesioner google-form. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada siswa dengan jumlah responden 217. Metode anlisis data yang digunakan yaitu structural equation model dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan tingkat performa aplikasi Zenius berpengaruh positif terhadap minat siswa menggunakan Zenius, tingkat usaha penggunaan aplikasi Zenius berpengaruh positif terhadap minat siswa menggunakan Zenius, kondisi fasilitas yang ditawarkan aplikasi Zenius berpengaruh positif terhadap minat siswa menggunakan Zenius, dan faktor sosial seperti role model berpengaruh positif terhadap minat siswa menggunakan Zenius / The Covid-19 pandemic has had an extraordinary impact on various sectors in the world, including Indonesia. Particularly in the education sector, all learning activities must be carried out online as a form of preventing the transmission of Covid-19, such as the Zenius application. However, as the predecessor who started providing online tutoring applications, he was left behind by the presence of Ruangguru with active student interest in using it. Interest in using the application can be influenced by the level of application performance or what is called performance expectancy, the level of convenience or what is called effort expectancy, and service capacity or what is called facilitating conditions, social environmental influences or called social influences such as family, role models and relatives who are considered important in life tends to make students follow a behavior. This research approach uses quantitative methods and data collection methods which are distributed via a google-form questionnaire. This research is aimed at students with a total of 217 respondents. The data analysis method used is the structural equation model with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study explain that the performance level of the Zenius application has a positive effect on students' interest in using Zenius, the level of effort in using the Zenius application has a positive effect on students' interest in using Zenius, the condition of the facilities offered by the Zenius application has a positive effect on students' interest in using Zenius, and social factors such as role models have an effect positive effect on students' interest in using Zenius.
