Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi, terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Kinerja karyawan di PT.XYZ mengalami penurunan yang berdampak langsung kepada menurunnya kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 309 karyawan dari PT.XYZ, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berbentuk google form yang nantinya akan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistik SmartPLS versi 3.29 dengan metode analisis SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan (2) pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada karyawan (3) pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan (4) pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan (5) pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dengan Kinerja karyawan. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan ini termasuk kategori penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar dua variabel atau lebih. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dapat membantu untuk mempelajari pengaruh dengan analisis data yang berbentuk angka. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan basis survei, yang melibatkan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan skala likert pada masing-masing variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional memiliki pengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja. / This study was conducted to see whether there is a significant influence between Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment, on employee performance at PT. XYZ. The performance of employees at PT. XYZ has decreased which has a direct impact on the decline in overall company performance. This research was carried out using quantitative research methods with a population of 309 employees from PT. XYZ, by distributing a questionnaire in the form of a google form which would later be processed using the SmartPLS statistical application version 3.29 with the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) analysis method. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction (2) the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment on employees (3) the effect of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction (4) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance (5) the effect of organizational commitment with employee performance. This research design is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. This method has the aim of knowing the effect between two or more variables. The variables used are Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Performance. Using a quantitative approach can help to study the effect of data analysis in the form of numbers. This research will be conducted using a survey basis, which involves distributing questionnaires to respondents using a Likert scale on each variable. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment, Transformational Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Performance, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance.
