Abstract

Panti werdha merupakan sebuah fasilitas alternatif untuk keperluan lansia. Panti werdha itu sendiri menjadi sebuah tempat untuk para lansia yang mempunyai kebutuhan khusus. Tempat tersebut memberikan sebuah fasilitas untuk para lansia dalam menjalani kehidupan keseharian mereka. Ketika memasuki usia lanjut, pada umumnya lansia mengalami penurunan fisik. Dan bisa di tandai dengan penurunan masa otot pada lansia dalam proses penuaan. Dalam proses penuaan penurunan masa otot akan terus terjadi, dan dibutuhkan terapi atau latihan yang menguatkan kekuatan otot dan persendian para lansia. Mengingat akan hal ini faslitas yang rama akan lansia akan terus diminitai dan diperlukan kedepannya. Jumlah fasilitas publik saat ini yang ramah akan lansia masih sangat sulit untuk di jumpai. Mulai dari fasilitas hingga panti werdha Oleh karena itu, untuk memastikan latihan yang rutin pada para lansia di butuhkan perhatian khusus. Mengingat semua kegiatan latihan ini harus di lakukan secara langsung. Dengan mengintegrasi panti werdha dengan fasilitas terapi. Pada kesehariannya pun lansia dapat berinterakasi langsung dengan terapi dan test terapi yang ada. tidak hanya itu konektivitas ruang, posisi ruang serta kulitas ruang itu sendiri menjadi sangat penting dalam kehidupan keseharian para lansia nantinya. Dalam perancangannya sendiri, terbagi menjadi 3 bagian utama yaitu mikro, meso, dan makro. Dalam pembagian tersebut, perhatian dalam perancangan dapat diidentifikasi dengan baik. mulai dari hal yang personal hingga hal yang bersifat publik pada perancangannya. Dengan hal ini, perhatian khusus terhadap kebutuhan fasilitas yang ada. Dapat dirancang terhadap perancangan dengan lebih berfokus pada skala ruang yang ada. maka dari itu, penerapan pada ruang panti werdha berikut fasilitas yang ada harus berfokus terhadap kenyamanan dan keamanan para lansia. / The nursing home is an alternative facility for the needs of the elderly. The nursing home itself becomes a place for the elderly who have special needs. The place provides a facility for the elderly in living their daily lives. When entering old age, in general, the elderly experience physical decline. And can be marked by a decrease in muscle mass in the elderly in the aging process. In the aging process, the decline in muscle mass will continue to occur, and therapy or exercise is needed to strengthen the muscle and joint strength of the elderly. Given this, the number of elderly-friendly public facilities is still difficult to find. Therefore, to ensure regular exercise in the elderly requires special attention. Given all these training activities must be done directly. By integrating nursing homes with therapy facilities. Even in their daily lives, the elderly can interact directly with existing therapies and therapeutic tests. Not only that, spatial connectivity, spatial position and the quality of the space itself are very important in the daily life of the elderly. In the design itself, it is divided into 3 main parts, namely micro, meso, and macro. In this division, attention in design can be well identified. ranging from personal matters to public matters in its design. With this, special attention to the needs of existing facilities. Can be designed with more focus on the existing scale. therefore, the application to the nursing home room along with existing facilities must focus on the comfort and safety of the elderly.
