Abstract

Situasi pandemi yang mulai membaik memunculkan adanya perubahan pada sistem pembelajaran yang mulanya secara daring menjadi blended learning. Perubahan sistem pembelajaran blended learning menekan mahasiswa untuk beradaptasi kembali dan menimbulkan adanya stres akademik pada mahasiswa. Untuk menghadapi stres akademik pada mahasiswa diperlukan kemampuan untuk dapat menghadapi tantangan serta dapat bangkit dari kejatuhan secara akademik yaitu dengan resiliensi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh resiliensi akademik terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa di Universitas X. Terdapat 138 mahasiswa yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA) untuk mengukur stres akademik dan Academic Resilience Scale-Indonesia (ARS-Indonesia) untuk mengukur resiliensi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari resiliensi akademik terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa di Universitas X./The pandemic situation, which is starting to improve, has led to changes in the learning system, which was originally online to blended learning. Changes in the blended learning learning system pressure students to readjust and cause academic stress on students. To deal with academic stress on students, it requires the ability to be able to face challenges and be able to rise from academic downfalls, namely with academic resilience. This study aims to see the effect of academic resilience on academic stress in students at University X. There were 138 students who participated in this study. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires used in this study, namely the Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA) to measure academic stress and the Academic Resilience Scale-Indonesia (ARS-Indonesia) to measure academic resilience. The results showed that there was no significant effect of academic resilience on academic stress in students at X University.
