Abstract

Kinerja suatu perusahaan sangat bergantung pada baik atau buruknya tata kelola perusahaan. Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik akan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan terutama pada badan usaha milik negara (BUMN). Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dewan direksi, komisaris independen dan komite audit terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan total 20 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik analisa regresi data panel menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sedangkan kepemilikan institusional, dewan direksi, komisaris independen dan komite audit tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. / The performance of a company is very dependent on good or bad corporate governance. Good corporate governance will be able to influence the company's financial performance, especially in state-owned enterprises (BUMN). This study examines the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board of directors, independent commissioners and audit committees on the financial performance of state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2021 period. This study used a total of 20 companies as research samples using panel data regression analysis technique using Eviews 10. The results showed that managerial ownership has a significant effect on financial performance while institutional ownership, board of directors, independent commissioners and audit committees do not have a significant effect.
