Abstract

Aluminium merupakan salah satu unsur yang berasal dari cairan mineral bauksit. Di Indonesia, terdapat banyak perusahaan yang menghasilkan produknya dengan menggunakan unsur Aluminium sebagai bahan dasarnya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi muncul yaitu teknik bekerja yang dilakukan oleh pekerja pada perusahaan CV Dian Jaya masih terlihat kurang ergonomis, dimana postur tubuh yang terdapat pada setiap pekerja juga mempengaruhi peluang terjadinya cedera pada saat bekerja. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan pada perusahaan CV Dian Jaya adalah menganalisis postur kerja berdasarkan metode REBA(Rapid EntireBody Assessment) dan OWAS (Ovako Working Posture Assessment System) padapekerja yang bekerja di lantai produksi perusahaan CV Dian Jaya dan memberikan usulan mengenai alat bantu yang akan digunakan dalam meminimalisir terjadinya risiko cedera pada pekerja di lantai produksi CV Dian Jaya. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada perusahaan CV Dian Jaya ini adalah secara kualitatif, yang dimana dilakukan dengan cara observasi secara langsung ke lantai produksi pada perusahaan CV Dian Jaya untuk pengumpulan data yang akan diolah. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah didapat dengan metode REBA dan OWAS melalui observasi pada lantai produksi di perusahaan CV Dian Jaya, terdapat beberapa bagian pekerja yang ternilai berbahaya, yaitu pada bagian penyortiran, bagian pemasukkan bahan ke dalam kuali, bagian pengangkatan aluminium Ingot Billet 5050 ke dalam troli, bagian penaikkan dan penurunan troli yang berisikan aluminium Ingot Billet 5050, serta bagian pemindahan Ingot Billet ke dalam timbangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terdapat skor REBA dan OWAS yang terhitung tinggi, sehingga tergolong ke dalam bahaya, terlebih kepada bagian pemasukkan bahan ke dalam kuali, yang dimana memiliki skor REBA tertinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya usulan perbaikan pada beberapa bagian pekerjaan yang ternilai membahayakan, setelah diadakannya usulan perbaikan, hasil skor REBA serta OWAS mengalami penurunan, sehingga dapat dikatakan lebih aman walaupun masih ada yang tergolong ke dalam “medium risk”. / Aluminum is one of the elements derived from bauxite mineral fluids. In Indonesia, there are many companies that produce their products using aluminum as their basic material. The problems that often arise are the work techniques carried out by workers at the CV company. Dian Jaya still looks less ergonomic, where the posture of each worker also affects the chance of injury at work. The purpose of the research conducted at the company CV Dian Jaya is analyzing work posture based on the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and OWAS(Ovako Working Posture Assessment System) methods for workers who work on the production floor of the company CV Dian Jaya and provide suggestions regarding the tools to be used in minimizing the risk of injury to workers on the production floor of CV Dian Jaya. The research method conducted at the company CV Dian Jaya is qualitative, which is done by observing directly to the production floor at the CV company. Dian Jaya for data collection to be processed. Based on the results that have been obtained with the REBA and OWAS methods through observations on the production floor at the company CV Dian Jaya, there are several sections of workers that are considered dangerous, namely in the sorting section, the section for loading materials into the cauldron, the section for lifting the 5050 aluminum Ingot Billet into the trolley, the section for raising and lowering the trolley containing the 5050 Aluminum Ingot Billet, and the section for transferring the Ingot Billet into the scales. Based on the results of the research that has been done, there are REBA and OWAS scores which are considered high, so they are classified as in danger, especially for the part of putting the ingredients into the cauldron, which has the highest REBA score. Therefore, it is necessary to propose improvements in some parts of the work that are considered dangerous. After the proposed improvements were made, the results of the REBA and OWAS scores decreased, so that it can be said to be safer, although some are still classified as ”medium risk".
